Résumé: Abstract: This axis aims to identify financial instruments and procedures used by the Malaysian government, to attract investments outside hydrocarbons, as well as the role of public sector institutions in the financing of development projects. . As this study shows the great importance of investments in support of the Malaysian economy, and bring a lot of development goals related to increasing employment opportunities, and the development of rural and less developed regions and to support small and medium enterprises , as well as providing foreign exchange to meet the needs of the national economy of imports needed for production , will also address the extent to which Algeria from the experience of Malaysia 's policies regarding the development of investment in this country .
