واقع صناعة الصكوك الإسلامية في ظل التطورات الراهنة

Résumé: Abstract : This paper aims to indicate the conceptual framework of the Islamic sukuk by giving its meaning . types , characteristics and its working principle, , And highlight its main characteristics like its Diversity and regeneration and its rapid spread as it has emerged as one of the most important Islamic financial industry products and this is what is shown by the sukuk issuance,circulation and use during the period (2001-2014), Where sukuk emerged as one of the most important Islamic financial instruments that have been able to find a foothold in the global financial markets since it attracted investors from different countries not only in the Islamic world, but all over the world, especially after the global financial crisis in 2008, where it became available to all individuals, companies and governments in the major continents. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى بيان الإطار المفاهيمي للصكوك الإسلامية من خلال القيام بتقديم مفهومها وأنواعها وخصائصها و مبدأ عملها، وإبراز ما تتميز به من خصائص كالتنوع و التجدد وانتشارها المتسارع حيث برزت هذه الصكوك كواحدة من أهم منتجات الصناعة المالية الإسلامية وهذا ما يبينه استعراض واقع إصدار الصكوك و تداولها خلال الفترة (2001-2014)، حيث برزت الصكوك كواحدة من أهم الأدوات المالية الإسلامية و التي استطاعت أن تجد لها موطئ قدم في أسواق المال العالمية إذ استقطبت الصكوك مستثمرين من دول مختلفة ليس في العالم الإسلامي فحسب بل في كل أنحاء العالم ،خاصة بعد الأزمة المالية العالمية 2008 ،فأصبحت متاحة للجميع أفرادا وشركات وحكومات في القارات الرئيسية.
