Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تقييم أداء الموارد البشرية في تحسين الأداء التنظيمي للمؤسسة دراسة حالة بشركة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي حيث اعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع المعطيات والبيانات المتعلقة بموضوع ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة ، وتم توزيع استمارة الاستبيان داخل الشركة وفروعها على عينة قدرها 50 عامل ، بالاعتماد على برنامج SPPS من خلال استخدام بعض الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لفرضيات الدراسة وتساؤلاتها ، وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تقييم أداء الموارد البشرية هدفها تحسين الأداء التنظيمي ، حيث أن تقييم الأداء يدور حول ركيزة أساسية من ركائز الكفاءة الإنتاجية وهو المورد البشري .This study aims to know the role of the evaluation of the performance of human resources in the improvement of the organizational performance of the organization following the example of a case study of the Société Algérie Télécom in the El-Oued, where we we relied on the descriptive analytical approach in collecting data and subject-related data. A sample of 50 workers, drawing on the SPPS program through the use of certain statistical methods appropriate to the assumptions and questions of the study. Finally, the study concluded that the evaluation of the performance of human resources aims to improve organizational performance, as the evaluation of performance revolves around a fundamental pillar of productive efficiency, which is the resource human.
