أثر السياسة المالية التوسعية على التوازنات الاقتصادية الكلية في الجزائر

Résumé: تعتبر كيفية تحقيق التوازن الكلي من أهم المشاكل التي تواجه الكثير من الدول وخاصة النامية منها، كونها تتطلب مجموعة من الإجراءات الهامة المؤثرة على المتغيرات الاقتصادية، وهذا للتأثير على التوازن العام في الاتجاه الذي ترغبه الدولة، ويكون هذا من خلال برنامج يتضمن مجموعة السياسات المكونة للسياسة الاقتصادية كالسياسة المالية، السياسة النقدية، السياسة التجارية، ...الخ، وتحتل السياسة المالية مكانة هامة من بين السياسات الأخرى، كونها تستطيع القيام بالدور الأكبر في تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة من طرف السلطات، نظرا لاحتوائها على العديد من الأدوات القادرة على السيطرة على الاختلالات الداخلية الخارجية على مستوى الاقتصاد الكلي. الكلمات الدالة: السياسة المالية، النمو الاقتصادي، البطالة،التضخم، ميزان المدفوعات. Abstract : This study aims to analyze the relationship between the fourth objectives of the macroeconomic policies with the fiscal policies which are; economic growth, unemployment , inflation and the payment balance which form in its changes the magic square of Nicholas kaldor and we result that the Algerian expenditure policy during the last period characterized with the increase of the general expenditure although the management or equipment ex-penditure in another wise the receipts policies characterized the adaptation of the petroleum fiscal, the Algerian economy achieve positive results during this period in the changes of the magic square because of the economic conditions which decrease the rate of the unemployment and increase the rate of economic growth and the stat dominate and control the inflation’s level and the payments balance.
