-واقع مهنة التدقيق المحاسبي في الجزائر في ظل المعايير المهنية و معايير التدقيق الجزائرية-دراسة استطلاعية لعينة من المدققين الخارجيين الجزائريين

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع مهنة التدقيق المحاسبي في الجزائر في ظل معايير الأداء المهني بعد إصدار 16 معيار جزائري للتدقيق، من خلال معرفة معايير الأداء المهني المعمول بها ومعايير التدقيق الجزائرية الصّادرة مؤخرا، وتحديد المعايير التي يلتزم بها محافظ الحسابات فعليّا أثناء تأدية عملية التدقيق المحاسبي. حيث تمّ الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وإعداد استبانة وفقا لنموذج ليكرت الخماسي، وتوزيع SPSS 25 الإستقصاءات على عيّنة من مدققي الحسابات الجزائريين، وتمّ تحليل ردود الإستبيان باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي ولقد بيّنت الدراسة أنّ المعايير المعتمدة والمعمول بها حاليا من قبل مدققي الحسابات هي معايير الأداء المهني المتضمّنة في التّوصيات السّته، في حين أنّ معايير التدقيق الجزائرية غير ملتزم بالعمل بها لعدم اكتمال إصدارها This study aims to know the reality of the profession of accounting auditing in Algeria in light of professional performance standards after the issuance of 16 Algerian auditing standards، by knowing the applicable professional performance standards and the recently issued Algerian auditing standards، and determining the standards that the account holders are actually committed to while performing the accounting audit process. Where the descriptive and analytical method was relied on and a questionnaire was prepared according to the five-Likert five-factor model، and the surveys were distributed to a sample of Algerian auditors، the survey responses was analyzed using the stastical analysis program spss25. The study showed that the standards adopted and currently in force by account auditors are the professional performance standards included in the six recommendations, while the Algerian auditing standards are not due to their incomplete issuance.
