Résumé: ملخص الدارسة: لقد تمحورت دراستنا حول استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في الاتصال الإداري إذ نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية في دائرة تقرت بورقلة ومعرفة أهمية ومدى فعالية هاته التكنولوجيا الحديثة. حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في الشق النظري، و على المنهج المسحي في الشق التطبيقي وكذلك استعنا بالاستبيان والملاحظة كأدوات لجمع البيانات . من خلال ذلك تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : - أن المؤسسة تتوفر على وسائل تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة. - تساهم تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تفعيل الاتصال الإداري. - توجد معوقات تحد من فعالية استخدام وسائل تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في الاتصال الإداري. الكلمات المفتاحية: استخدام، التكنولوجيا، الاتصال ، تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة، الاتصال الإداري. Summary: Our study focus on the use of modern Technology of communication in the administrative contact. It aimed at discovering to what extent the use of those technological means in Touggourt .Also . to know the importance and the effectiveness of the modern technologies . We dependon the describtive methodon the thearitical chapter and the generative method on the practiclone . whereas the quesianaire and the observation as data collecting tools . Through this study .We obtain the fallowing results. Insti tuttions have the modern technological means of communication which contribute in the imprivement of administrative contact. The modern Technology of communication contribute in the reinforcement of the administrative contact. There are many obstacles that limit the effeetivenessof the modern technology of communication.
