تأثير استخدام الألعاب الصغيرة الرياضية في خفض اضطراب فرط الحركة ونقص الانتباه لدى تلاميذ الطور المتوسط

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى تأثير استخدام الألعاب الصغيرة الرياضية في التقليل من أعراض اضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه للتلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة،حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي في دراسته على عينة قصدية مكونة من 26 تلميذ موزعة على مجموعتين تجريبية و ضابطة،و استخدم الباحث وحدات تعليمية أدرج فيها الألعاب الصغيرة في المرحلة التحضيرية بالنسبة للمجموعة التجريبية اما المجموعة الضابطة مارست النشاط البدني بشكل عادي،واستخدم استبيان أعراض فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه والاندفاعية الموجه بنسختيه للأولياء وأساتذة التربية البدنية،وعولجت المعطيات بواسطة برنامج spss حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى: - أنه هناك تأثير للألعاب الصغيرة في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية في التقليل من أعراض اضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه لدى التلاميذ تم رصده من خلال الاستبيان الموجه للأسرة و الاستبيان الموجه لأستاذ التربية البدنية. The study aims to find out the effect of using small sports games in reducing the symptoms of ADHD for middle school students. The researcher used the experimental method on a intended sample of 26 students distributed into two experimental and control groups, and the researcher used small sports games in the preparatory phase on the experimental group, while the control group practiced physical activity normally, and used a questionnaire of symptoms of hyperactivity, distraction and impulsivity directed in two copies to parents and a professor Physical Education, the data was processed, with the SPSS program, where the study concluded: - That there is a clear effect of small sports in reducing the symptoms of ADHD for students through the questionnaire directed to the family and the questionnaire directed to the professor of physical education.
