Résumé: يتناول هذا البحث مسألة حكم ثبوت هلال رمضان بالحساب الفلكي عند المالكية من خلال دراسة فقهية مقارنة داخل المذهب، جمعت فيه أراء متقدمي المالكية بين مانع ومجيز ومخصص مع التدليل والتأصيل لكل قول ومناقشته، ثم بيان أسباب الخلاف وصولا إلى الترجيح بقول الشيخ ولد الددو باعتباره من متأخري المالكية. This research deals with the issue of the ruling on proving the crescent of Ramadan with the astronomical calculation of the Maliki through a comparative juristic study within the school of thought, In it, the views of the owners of the Maalikis were combined with a prohibitive, permissible, and ad hoc manner, with evidence and rooting for each saying and discussion, then explaining the reasons for the dispute.
