Résumé: ملخص: يمثل الرأي الاستشاري لمحكمة العدل الدولية حول قضية الصحراء الغربية الصادر بتاريخ 16 أكتوبر 1975 انتصارا معنويا كبيرا للشعب الصحراوي القابع تحت نير الاستعمار المغربي، فهو يمثل دعامة قانونية لمبدأ حق الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير مصيره كحق غير قابل للتصرف وملزم وذي طابع قطعي فالقضية الصحراوية هي الوحيدة في إفريقيا التي بقيت عالقة منذ العام 1975 بدون إجراء استفتاء تقرير المصير بسبب تعنت المغرب. Abstract the advisory opinion of The International Court of Justice for Western Sahara Issued on October 16, 1975 is a major significant victory of the Sahrawi people under the Moroccan colonial. The desert issue is the only one in Africa, which has been stuck since 1975 without the procedure of self-determination due to Morocco
