التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في الجزائر بعد الاستقلال

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى شرح ما شهدته الجزائر منذ الاستقلال وإلى سنة 2000 من تحولات اقتصادية واجتماعية كبيرة، منها ما كان موجها ومخططا له، ومنها ما ارتبط بما خلفه الاستعمار الفرنسي بعد رحيله، ومنها ما ارتبط بالتغيرات الناتجة عن العولمة والتحديث. فالمجتمع الجزائري مر بمحطات اقتصادية واجتماعية حاسمة وعميقة خلال فترات زمنية وجيزة، وهذا ما زعزع الاستقرار الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للبلد، وظهرت العديد من المشكلات المرتبطة أساسا بالاستعمار الفرنسي ثم بفشل بعض السياسات التنموية التي لم تكن مناسبة للظروف التي يعيشها المجتمع الجزائري. الكلمات المفتاحية: التحول الاقتصادي- التغير الاجتماعي- السياسات التنموية- المجتمع الجزائري. *** Abstract : This study aims to explain what Algeria has witnessed since independence and until today in terms of major economic and social transformations, some of which were directed and planned, and some were related to what was left by the French colonialism after its departure, and some were related to the changes resulting from globalization and modernization . Algerian society went through decisive and profound economic and social stations within short periods of time, and this destabilized the economic and social stability of the country, and many problems related mainly to French colonialism and then to the failure of some development policies that were not appropriate to the conditions in which the Algerian society lived .Keywords: economic transformation - social change - development policies - Algerian society
