الجريمة المنظمة بين الآثار وسبل المواجهة

Résumé: شكلت الجريمة المنظمة خطرا على أمن الدول واقتصادياتها، تقوم بها جماعات منظمة تسعى من وراء ذلك إلى تحقيق الربح، وقد تعدى هذا الخطر على المستوى الداخلي ليشمل الأمن والسلم الدوليين، فسعت الدول للتعاون فيما بينها للحد من انتشارها ومكافحتها عبر سبل تكفل مواجهتها، محاولة وضع سياسة جنائية وقائية تواكب تلك المتغيرات انطلاقا من الآثار التي ترتبها على الأساس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والسياسي، وعملت على تنسيق جهودها وتوحيدها نظرا لصعوبة اكتشاف هذا النوع من الجرائم لتجاوزها حدود الدولة الواحدة ولاختلاف الأنظمة والقوانين بين الدول وتباينها. The organized crime has recorded now a day’s great diversity in the methods of committing. Organized crime constituted a threat to the security of nations and their economies, carried out by an organization that seeks to make a profit from drugs and arms trade, monuments and artefacts and trafficking in persons and human organs, money laundering and other crimes. Countries are working to coordinate their efforts because the discovery of this type of crime requires them to go beyond the boundaries of a single state, and therefore different laws and regulations between nations are needed.
