التمويل الرقمي ودوره في تعزيزالشمول المالي لضمان تمويل مستدام

Résumé: إن التحديات الإئتمانية الضخمة التي تواجه البلاد تتطلب الإجتهاد على مستويات مختلفة، ومن بين أهم هذه المستويات هو التمويل المالي الرقمي، الذي يتطلب البحث عن تطبيقات جديدة ومختلفة التمويل الرقمي في ظل الموروث الإداري القائم على الروتين والبيروقراطية في الإئتمان الزراعي تحديدا، ماسيجعل تلقي نتائج الدراسة التي قام بها خبراء مؤسسة التمويل الدولية ليست ذات معنى، من دون التحرر من الموروث البيروقراطي في العمل المصرفين ويقصد بالتمويل الرقمي تمكين كل مواطن من الحصول على الخدمات المالية عن طريق التكنولوجيا الحديثة،والتمويل الرقمي أداة مهمة من أدوات برامج الشمول. Abstcract the huge development challenges facing the country require diligence at different levels;and among finance;which requires the search for new and different applications of digital finance;in light of the administrative heritage based on red tape and bureaucracy in agricultural credit in particular;which makes receiving the results of the study that performed by the experts of the international finance corporation is not the study that performed by the experts of the international finance corporation is not meaningful;without freedom from bureaucratic legacies in banking;and digital finance is intended to enable everyone to obtain financial services through modern technology. Digital finance is an important tool of financial inclusion programs;is it provides tremendous opportunities to increase financial inclusion and expand basic in light of the spread and use of mobile phones..
