حماية المستهلك المترتبة عن دور الجمارك في حماية حقوق الملكية الصناعية ‏

Résumé: أولت السلطات الجزائرية عناية بالغة لمحاربة ظاهرة التعدي على حقوق الملكية الفكرية، ‏خاصة بعد تحرير تجارتها الخارجية، وما انجر عنها من بروز مخاطر كثيرة تهدد ‏الإقتصاد الوطني، كالتعدي على حقوق الملكية الصناعية واستغلالها دون ترخيص من ‏أصحابها، لذلك تحرص الإدارة الجمركية باعتبارها ‏سلطة عمومية على مستوى ‏الحدود ‏وعبر مناطق ممتدة منها، على قمع ‏ظاهرة التعدي على حقوق الملكية ‏الصناعية، ‏وهذا ما يجعل دورها ذو ‏أهمية بالغة في حماية المستهلك من ‏الممارسات التي تهدد صحته ‏وسلامته.‏ The Algerian authorities have paid great attention to combating the ‎phenomenon of infringement of intellectual property rights, especially after ‎the liberalization of foreign trade, and the emergence of many dangers that ‎threaten the national economy, such as infringement of industrial property ‎rights and their exploitation without a license from their owners. A public ‎authority at the level of borders and across extended areas of them, to ‎suppress the phenomenon of infringement of industrial property rights, and ‎this is what makes its role very important and contributes to protecting ‎
