قياس تأثير تركيبة رأس المال على ربحية الشركات دراسة تطبيقية لعينة من الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان للفترة 2010-2012

Résumé: الملخص تهدف الإدارة المالية من خلال قراراتها المالية إلى تحقيق هدفين رئيسيين هما : هدف تعظيم الأ رباح وهدف تعظيم القيمة السوقية للسهم .وقد آثار هذين الهدفين جدلا بين كتاب الإدارة المالية حول الهدف الذي يجب أن تركز عليه الإدارة المالية كمحور لقراراتها، فبعض الكتابات رجحت الهدف الأول في حين يرجح الغالبية العظمى من كتاب الإدارة الملية هدف تعظيم القيمة السوقية للسهم كهدف استراتيجي للإدارة المالية . وهدفت هذه الدراسة لتبين كيف يتخذ المدراء قراراتهم المتعلقة ب تركيبة رأس المال، وذلك للشركات الصناعية المساهمة .) العامة المدرجة في بورصة عمان لفترة 2010-2012 ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء نموذج لفحص العلاقة بين ربحية الشركة وتركيبة رأس المال، وتوصل الباحث إلى وجود علاقة سالبة وذات دلالة إحصائية بين ربحية الشركة وتركيبة رأس المال.Abstract Finance managerial decisions aim at achieving two goals: maximizing profit and maximizing market value per share . Many authors debated around what goals should receive the highest concern when making financial decisions. Some have argued for the preponderance of the first goal ( profit maximization ) while others for maximizing market value per share as a strategic goal. It’s logic to say that the majorities have conceded that the financial strategic objectives should be built around maximizing market value. The aim of this study is to investigate how managers make capital decisions. Industrial firms listed in Amman Stock Exchange in the period between (2010-2012) are the domains of study. Model were used to realize the study objectives: model was used to investigate the relationship between the firm’s profitability and capital structure. Findings were that a significant and negative relation exists between firm’s profitability and capital structure. In other words, as debt increases profit decrease
