عن فعالية الجوانب الوقائية في مجال الصحة والأمن في الوسط المهني

Résumé: ترتقي مسألة الوقاية الصحية والأمن في الوسط المهني إلى أولويات التشريع الاجتماعي في أية دولة، وتعتبر لبنة النظام العام الاجتماعي، وتتجلىّ الحماية القانونية من خلال تفعيل الآليات والوسائل التي تتلاءم مع طبيعة النشاطات، وبالنظر إلى تعدد المخاطر المهنية وغير المهنية التي تهدد العمال والمؤسسات، وتجنبا لتبعاتها ومخاطرها اجتماعيا واقتصاديا، فالأمر يستدعي تبني سياسة تشريعية وتكريسها عمليا بفرض وتشديد الرقابة وتحديد المسؤوليات على الشركاء في إطار علاقات العمل، وعلى صعيد آخر ترقية الإعلام والتوعية في هذا المجال. The issue of health prevention and security in the occupational environment rises to the priorities of social legislation, in any country. It is considered the building block of the social public order. The legal protection is manifested by activating the mechanisms and means that are appropriate to the nature of the activities. In view of the multiplicity of professional and unprofessional risks that threaten workers and institutions, and in order to avoid their social and economic consequences and risks; it is necessary to adopt a legislative policy and to dedicate it practically by imposing and tightening control, defining responsibilities of partners, in the context of working relationships, and on another level, promoting information and awareness in this field.
