معوقات التمويل المصرفي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر _ دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر البنوك التجارية العاملة في ولايات الوسط

Résumé: ملخص : يستهدف البحث من خلال دراسة ميدانية معرفة المعوقات المؤثرة على تمويل البنوك للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من وجهة نظر عينة من فروع البنوك التجارية العاملة في ولايات الوسط خلال الثلاثي الأول لسنة 2018، وذلك من خلال استقصاء أراء العاملين في هذه الفروع حول مدى إدراكهم لواقع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وخصائصها من أجل فتح المجال أمامها للوصول للتمويل. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن بعض خصائص هذه المؤسسات تشكل عائقاً أماما البنوك في توفير التمويل المناسب لها، حيث يعتبر افتقار الملاك للمعرفة البنكية في طرق تقديم الملفات والضمانات المناسبة في ظل ضعف الهيكل المالي وغياب محاسبة واضحة عائقا مباشر أمام حصولها على التمويل من طرف البنوك التجارية. Abstract: A field study from the research aims to study the obstacles affecting on the financing of banks for small and medium enterprises from the point of view of sample of branches commercial banks In the middle states during the first trimester of 2018, by surveying the staff views in these branches about how well them perceive the realities and characteristics of SMEs, that in order to open the way for them to access funding. The study concluded that some of enterprises characteristics considered as obstacle in front of banks in providing appropriate financing to these enterprises, where the lack of owners of banking knowledge in ways to provide files and appropriate guarantees in light of the financial structure weakness and the absence of clear accountancy considered as direct obstacle to access to finance from commercial banks.
