دور الرقابة الجبائية في مكافحة التهرب الضريبي-حالة مفتشية الضرائب-سيدي عقبة ببسكرة
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة التهرب الضريبي،التي تهدف إلى حرمان الخزينة العمومية من مبالغ مالية مستحقة على أشخاص مكلفين بالضريبة، حيث تطرقنا إلى التعرف على الظاهرة وأساليب معالجتها وعلاقتها مع الإدارة الجبائية التي تعتبر وسيلة من وسائل مكافحة التهرب الضريبي عن طريق الرقابة الجبائية باستخدام أجهزتها .و بالرغم من الدور التي تحظى به الإدارة الجبائية لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة إلا أنها لم تستطع القضاء على هذه الظاهرة بصفة نهائية. ومن الملاحظ أن نسبتها في تزايد. الكلمات المفتاحية : الضريبة ، التهرب الضريبي ، الإدارة الجبائية ، الرقابة الجبائية . This study aims at shedding light on the phenomenon of tax evasion, which aims to deprive the public treasury of the amounts owed by taxpayers. We discussed the phenomenon and methods of dealing with it and its relationship with the tax administration, which is considered as a means of combating tax evasion through fiscal control Despite the role played by the tax administration to combat this phenomenon, but it has not been able to eliminate this phenomenon definitively.
