عمل الأطفال في الجزائر: الواقع والآثار

Résumé: Abstract: Children's work is considered one of the social problems that Algeria has known, due especially to the economic and social changes. Any walker in the streets and cities of the homeland will notice large numbers of children engaging in several informal economic activities, especially such as trading, and many other social activities such as cafes, restaurants, car parks, and even in some craft workshops such as carpentry and blacksmiths. The number of working children in Algeria is today constantly increasing, but the official statistics underestimate the importance of the phenomenon due to its informal and not of stated nature, and besides this, that work is circumstantial and mostly seasonal. Because of the importance of this phenomenon our aim in this scientific investigation is not only to give more explanation in order to definite the concept according to its reality and to show its different kinds but also to show its impacts on individual and society. Key Words: Work; children; education; school dropout; health. الملخص: إن ظاهرة عمل الأطفال من المشكلات الاجتماعية التي عرفتها الجزائر خاصة مع التغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، فالمتجول في شوارع ومدن الوطن يلاحظ أعدادا كبيرة من الأطفال يمارسون نشاطات اقتصادية غير رسمية خاصة في ميدان التجارة، وامتدت إلى مجالات اجتماعية أخرى كالمقاهي والمطاعم و حظائر السيارات وحتى في بعض الورشات الحرفية كالنجارة و الحدادة. إن عدد الأطفال العاملين في الجزائر اليوم في تزايد مستمر إلا أن الإحصائيات الرسمية تقلل من أهمية هذه الظاهرة غير القانونية، الظرفية الموسمية في غالب الأحيان. ونظرا لأهميتها وتوسعها فإننا أردنا تسليط الضوء عليها، بهدف التدقيق في مفهومها، ومعرفة واقعها ومظاهرها وآثارها على مستوى الفرد والمجتمع.
