Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة الدور الوسيط لمتغير الرشاقة الاستراتيجية لأثر الذكاء الاستراتيجي على تحقيق الريادة الاستراتيجية في مجمع (سيم)، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأعدت استبانة تخدم أغراض الدراسة تمت معالجتها احصائيا لاختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامجي (Spss/v24) وَ (Amos/23) ؛ وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية وموجبة بين الذكاء الاستراتيجي وكل من الريادة الاستراتيجية والرشاقة الاستراتيجية في مجمع (سيم) ، ووجود علاقة ارتباط قوية وموجبة بين الرشاقة الاستراتيجية والريادة الاستراتيجية في مجمع (سيم)، وأيضا وجود أثر موجب ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى معنوية(0,01≥α) لمؤشرات الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تحقيق الريادة الاستراتيجية من خلال الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في مجمع (سيم) ،وأن الرشاقة الاستراتيجية تتوسط العلاقة بين المتغيرين(مؤشرات الذكاء الاستراتيجي والريادة الاستراتيجية) بشكل جزئي. الكلمات المفتاحية: استراتيجية استثمار؛ استراتيجية استكشاف؛ ذكاء استراتيجي؛ رشاقة استراتيجية؛ ريادة استراتيجية. Abstract : This research paper aims at studying the mediating role of the strategic agility variable for the effect of strategic intelligence on achieving strategic leadership in the (SIM) complex. A questionnaire has been prepared that serves the study’s objectives, it has been statistically treated to test hypotheses using the programs (Spss / v24) and (Amoss / 20). The study identified several results, mainly the existence of a strong and positive correlation between strategic intelligence and both strategic leadership and agility in the (SIM) complex, the existence of a strong and positive correlation between strategic agility and leadership in the (SIM) complex, furthermore, the existence of a positive, statistically significant effect. At a significant level (α0,01,) for indicators of strategic intelligence in achieving strategic leadership through strategic agility in the (SIM) complex.
