أثر القيادة التحويلية في إدارة التغيير

Résumé: "This study aims to identify the impact of transformational leadership in managing change in a sample of economic institutions in the state of El-Wadi, by testing the hypotheses put forward to answer the problem of the study. To achieve the desired results, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of workers and managers of some of the institutions under study, who numbered 90, using the statistical program (SPSS, v.26) and (Minitab19) in data processing through the tests of (""Wolcoxen""). Gamma coefficient, Mann-Whitney test, and Kruskal-Wallis test). Finally, this study reached several results, the most important of which are: The practice of the dimensions of transformational leadership and change management is prevalent at a high level in the institutions under study, and this is through the existence of a correlative relationship between the dimensions of transformational leadership and change management in general. ""تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر القيادة التحويلية في إدارة التغيير لدى عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية الوادي، وهذا من خلال اختبار الفرضيات المطروحة للإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة، ولمعالجة هذا الموضوع إتباعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والتاريخي. ولتحقيق النتائج المرجوة، تمّ توزيع استبانة على عينة من عمال ومسيري بعض المؤسسات محل الدراسة، والبالغ عددهم 90 فردا، مستخدمين كل من البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS,v.26 ) و (Minitab19) في معالجة البيانات من خلال اختبارات كل من ( ""ولكوكسن"" ومعامل ""غاما"" واختبار ""مان ويتني""، واختبار ""كروسكال واليس""). وفي الأخير توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى العديد من نتائج أهمها: أنّ ممارسة أبعاد القيادة التحويلية وإدارة التغيير سائدة بمستوى مرتفع في المؤسسات محل الدراسة، وهذا من خلال وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين أبعاد القيادة التحويلية وإدارة التغيير بشكل عام.
