Résumé: هدفت المذكرة الى دراسة واقع القرض الايجاري في الجزائر، دراسة حالة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بالوادي ومن خلال الاستعانة بالوثائق والموقع الالكتروني للبنك ، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لدراسة ذلك، توصلت الدراسة الى انه رغم وجود التمويل عن طريق القروض البنكية الاخرى الا ان القرض الايجاري يعتبر الوسيلة الاكثر نجاعة وتماشيا مع المشاريع الجديدة لكونة يوفر عدة مزايا لا نجدها في وسائل التمويل الاخرى، ويعتبر القطاع الفلاحي من أهم القطاعات التي تعتمد على القرض الايجاري بالوادي. The memorandum aimed to study the reality of the rental loan in Algeria, a case study of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development in the Valley, and through the use of documents and the bank’s website, and the descriptive approach was used to study that. The study concluded that despite the existence of financing through other bank loans, the rental loan is considered the means The most efficient and in line with the new projects, as it provides several advantages that we do not find in other means of financing, and the agricultural sector is considered one of the most important sectors that depend on the rental loan in the valley
