Résumé: the presidential decree 07-308 includes several duties supposed to be abserved by the contractual agents with the institutions and public administrations inside the function or outside, and it ensues disciplinary sanction to anyone who doesn’t observe these duties, in order to consecrate the principle of discipline so that the administration may perform its activities in view of achieving the public interest, it is as well a means to punish the contractual agent for his wrongdoings and his acts that can be described as disciplinary errors threatening the good functioning of public services. تضمن المرسوم الرئاسي 07-308 عدة واجبات تقع على عاتق الأعوان المتعاقدين مع المؤسسات والإدارات العمومية سواء داخل الوظيفة أو خارجها، وكل إخلال بها يؤدي إلى متابعتهم تأديبيا، وذلك لإرساء مبدأ الانضباط الواجب توافره حتى تستطيع الإدارة القيام بنشاطها في تحقيق المصلحة العامة، وهو وسيلة لمعاقبة العون المتعاقد جراء ما قام به من سلوكات منحرفة وأفعال توصف بأنها أخطاء تأديبية تهدد حسن سير المرافق العمومية.
