دور برامج المرافقة في تطوير المهارات المقاولاتية دراسة حالة حاضنة مركز الطالب (i2e) لجامعة تلمسان في إطار مشروع 1275.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة دور المرافقة في تطوير المهارات المقاولاتية لدى حاملي المشاريع المحتضنين في هياكل المرافقة، و ذلك من خلال تحليل الأدوار الأساسية التي تقوم هذه الأخيرة في المجال المقاولاتي، و جاءت للإجابة على السؤال التالي: ما دور برامج المرافقة لحاضنات الأعمال في الجزائر في تطوير المهارات المقاولاتية لدى حاملي المشاريع؟ و من أجل تحقيق ذلك اخترنا دراسة حالة برنامج المرافقة لحاضنة مركز الطالب (I2E) لجامعة تلمسان في إطار المشروع الوزاري 1275 للسنة الجامعية 2022/2023. و خلصنا في الأخير إلى أنه رغم فُتوة التجربة إلا أن برنامج المرافقة استطاع أن يلعب دورا مهما في تكوين الطلبة على مختلف أشكال المهارات الضرورية لنجاح مشروعهم المقاولاتي. الكلمات المفتاحية: تطوير؛ حاضنة؛ مرافقة؛ مقاولاتية؛ مهارات مقاولاتية. This research paper aims to study the role of accompaniment in developing the entrepreneurial skills of project holders incubated in accompaniment structures, by analyzing the basic roles that the latter play in the entrepreneurial field, and came to answer the following question: What is the role of accompaniment programs for business incubators in Algeria? In developing the entrepreneurial skills of project holders? In order to achieve this, we chose to study the case of the accompaniment program for the Student Center Incubator (I2E) at the University of Tlemcen within the framework of Ministerial Project 1275 for the academic year 2022/2023. In the end, we concluded that despite the newness of the experience, the accompaniment program was able to play an important role in training students with the various forms of skills necessary for the success of their entrepreneurial project.
