فعالية صيغ الصيرفة الإسلامية في تمويل مشاريع المؤسسات الناشئة

Résumé: تظهر فعالية صيغ الصيرفة الإسلامية المبنية على رفض التعامل بالفوائد الربوية في تقديم القروض البنكية، من أجل تمويل مشاريع المؤسسات الناشئة التي تعتبر محركا هاما للنمو الاقتصادي للدول، لكونها تدعم سياسة التشغيل من جهة وتقلص من حدة البطالة من جهة ثانية والتي يعاني منها الشباب الجامعي الذي يمتلك أفكارا مبتكرة وتنقصه الخبرة في التسيير الإداري ولا يمتلك رأس المال الكافي لتحقيق مشاريعه على أرض الواقع. من هذا المنطلق يتضح دور منتجات الصيرفة الإسلامية واستغلالها في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة وتمويلها مما يفتح أفاقا واسعة لتطوير التنمية المحلية ودفع عجلة الإقتصاد الوطني. The effectiveness of Islamic banking formulas based on the refusal to deal with usurious interest appears in the provision of bank loans, in order to finance the projects of emerging institutions that are an important engine for the economic growth of countries, as they support the employment policy on the one hand and reduce the severity of unemployment on the other hand, which suffers from university youth who own he has innovative ideas, lacks experience in administrative management, and does not have sufficient capital to realize his projects on the ground. From this point of view, the role of Islamic banking products and their utilization in supporting emerging institutions and financing them becomes clear, which opens broad horizons for developing local development and advancing the national economy.
