مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تنويع الصادرات الجزائرية خارج قطاع المحروقات
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على قدرات المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من خلال تشخيص واقعها بتحديد تعدادها وتعداد العمالة فيها، تطورها وكذا النشاطات المهيمنة والتي تمكنها من تعزيز مكانتها في الاقتصاد الجزائري وإعتبارها كأحد القطاعات المعول عليها من أجل تنويع الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لا يزال لم يصل مستوى المساهمة المرجوة منه في تنويع الصادرات خارج المحروقات يعزى ذلك إلى الكثير من المشكلات التي أقعدتها عن القيام بدورها في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني. Abstract : This study aims at identifying the capacities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by identifying their realities by identifying their numbers and numbers of employment, their development, and the dominant activities that enable them to strengthen their position in the Algerian economy and to consider them as one of the dependent sectors for export diversification outside the fuel sector. The study concluded that the SME sector has still not reached its desired contribution to export diversification outside the fuel sector, owing to many of the problems that have prevented them from doing so much.
