أثر عائد السوق المالي على النمو الاقتصادي لقطر في ظل التكامل المالي لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي: دراسة تجريبية للفترة 1998/2019 The Impact Of Financial Market Return On Qatar’s Economic Growth In Light Of Financial Integration Of The In The Gcc Countries: An Empirical Study For The Period 1998/2019

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر صدمات عائد السوق المالي على معدلات النمو الاقتصادي في قطر خلال الفترة (1998-2019) في ظل التكامل المالي لدول المجلس التعاون الخليجي، وذلك من خلال استخدام دراسة قياسية متكونة من عدة اختبارات قياسية. توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى عدم وجود أثر لعائد السوق المالي على النمو الاقتصادي، حيث اتضح أنه من الضروري لدولة قطر تطبيق دعم الجهود الرامية إلى تحقيق التكامل المالي لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، مع ضرورة التنويع في الأوراق المالية في بورصة قطر وعدم ربط النمو الاقتصادي القطري بقطاع المحروقات. This study aims to measure the impact of financial market return shocks on economic growth rates in Qatar during the period (1998-2019) in light of the GCC countries, through the use of an econometric study consisting of several econometrics tests. Through this study, we concluded that there is no impact of the financial market return on economic growth, where it became clear that it is necessary for the State of Qatar to implement support for efforts aimed at achieving financial integration of the GCC, with the necessity of diversification of the securities in the Qatar Stock Exchange, and not to link economic growth of Qatar to fuel sector.
