Résumé: مخطوط (إرشاد المنتسب إلى فهم معونة المكتسب) للإمام أبي سالم العياشي، ذو قيمة علمية كبيرة، أفرده مؤلفه لفقه البيوع خاصة، وبين فيه طرق الكسب وأحكام البيع والشراء، جامعا فيه بين التأصيل والتقعيد والتفريغ، وبين الحوادث القديمة والنوازل المستجدة، ومهتما بذكر الخلاف داخل مذهب مالك وجمع الأقوال، مع بيان وجهة نظر كل فريق، وسبب الخلاف، مقتبسا من أمهات كتب الفقه ومعتمدا عليها، كل هذا مع دقة التصوير، وجودة العبارة، وحسن الترتيب للمسائل وسبکها، فأضحی مرجعا مهما موثوقا، ومصدرا في التحقيق والتدقيق. The manuscript of (Irshad al-muntasib ila fahm maounat al-muntasib) (The guidance of the affiliated to well understanding of earning aid) is an Islamic jurisprudence book, which has a high scientific value. Its author (Imam Abu Salem Al-Ayashi) designed it for the jurisprudence of sales only. He explained the ways of gaining money and the islamic laws of selling and purchasing. In this book, he brought together the principles (Usul), rules and branches, and ancient and recent incidents. He was also interested in the differences within the Maliki school (Madhab) by collecting the whole of viewpoints and sayings with the arguments of every team and the cause of disagreements, quoting from the reference books of jurisprudence (Fikh) and depending upon it. He wrote his book expressively in an accurate description, well arranging issues, thus it becomes an important reference in its field.
