الضغوط النفسية كما يدركها عمال القطاع الصحي بالمستشفى المرجعي لعلاج فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19)-دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى محمد معلم بولاية قالمة

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على الضغوط النفسية كما يدركها عمال القطاع الصحي، بحيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها57 عاملا من عمال القطاع الصحي بالمستشفى المرجعي لعلاج المصابين بفيروس كوفيد19 بولاية قالمة(الجزائر)، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة.استخدمت الباحثتان كل من المنهج الوصفي واستبيان الضغوط النفسية لعمال القطاع الصحي المنجز في الدراسة الحالية. وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى عمال قطاع الصحة مرتفع، كما بينت وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الضغوط النفسية تبعا لكل من المتغيرات التالية (الجنس) لصالح الإناث، والمهنة (طبيب مختص- طبيب عام- ممرض –موظف) وجاءت الفروق لصالح الأطباء، وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات. Abstract:The current study aimed to identify Psychological pressures as recognized by health sector workers, so that the study was applied to a sample of 57health sector workers (doctors, nurses and employee) of the reference hospital for the treatment of those infected with the Covid -19 in Guelma (Algeria) selected in a simple random way.The researchers used both the descriptive curriculum and the Psychological pressures questionnaire for health sector workers completed in the current study. the results resulted in the high level of Psychological pressures among workers in the health sector, as the results of the study showed statistically significant differences in the level of Psychological pressures according to each of the following variables (sex) the differences were in favor of females,and profession (specialist doctor – generalist doctor - nurse - employee) , the differences were in favor of doctors. In the light of these findings, a set of proposals and recommendations have been made.
