Résumé: Through this research, we aim to study the contribution of the National Agency for Microcredit Management (ANGEM) in financing small and medium enterprises, so we dealt with in the theoretical side the concepts related to microcredit, financing and small and medium enterprises, while the field study was conducted by ANGEM in Adrar’s region. In order to treat the research problem and test hypotheses, we relied on the descriptive approach and the case study methodology, so we were able to understand the aspects of the topic, Besides we have concluded that the microcredit provided by the agency is an important tool for financing various activities that alleviate and face poverty and unemployment, as it allows the deprived people to improve their living conditions through the development of their activities that enable them to obtain income, and concretize their projects and professional ideas on the ground
