حِيَلُ الصُّنَّاع في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي خلال العصر الوسيط The Artisans' Tricks In The Islamic Maghreb During The Medieval Period

Résumé: شهدت بلاد المغرب الإسلامي خلال العصر الوسيط، تطوراً ملحوظاً في مختلف الحرف والصَّنَائِع، والتي أدت دوراً محورياً في تلبية احتياجات المجتمع والدولة؛ وقد بذل العديد من الصُّنَّاع جهوداً كبيرة، لإنتاج سلعهم، بأفضل جودة ممكنة، وبأجمل مظهر؛ إلاّ أنّ ذلك لم يمنع بعض الصُّنَّاع من اللجوء إلى ممارسات خداعية مختلفة في إنتاج سلعهم. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أبرز الحِيَل وأشكال التَّدْلِيس، التي استخدمها بعض الصُّنَّاع، في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي خلال العصر الوسيط، كما يهدف البحث إلى إبراز دور وأهمية كُتب الحِسْبَة في كشف هذه الحِيَل وأشكال التَّدْلِيس. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها في هذه الورقة البحثية، أنّ كُتب الحِسْبَة قد قدّمت رُؤية ثاقبة حول العديد من الحِيَل التي استخدمها بعض الصُّنَّاع في إنتاج صَنَائِعهم؛ علاوة على ذلك اكتشفنا أنّ كُتب الحِسْبَة أساسية لدراسة بعض الظواهر الاجتماعية(الحميدة أو المذمومة) ببلاد المغرب الإسلامي، خلال العصر الوسيط، كما تكتسب هذه المصادر الأدبية الهامة، قيمة كبيرة في دراسة الأوضاع الاقتصادية والأحوال الاجتماعية عامة، للمجتمعات الإسلامية خلال العصر الوسيط. During the medieval period, the Islamic Maghreb experienced a significant development in various crafts, which played a pivotal role in meeting the needs of both society and the state. Many artisans exerted considerable effort to produce their goods in the best possible quality and with the most exquisite appearance. However, this did not prevent some artisans from resorting to various deceptive practices in the production of their goods. This study aims to identify the most prominent tricks and forms of deceit employed by some artisans in the Islamic Maghreb during the medieval period. Additionally, the research seeks to highlight the role and importance of Hisbah books in revealing these tricks and deceptive practices. The findings of this research indicate that Hisbah books have provided valuable insight into the many tricks used by some artisans in the production of their crafts. Furthermore, it was discovered that Hisbah books are crucial for studying certain social phenomena (whether virtuous or reprehensible) in the Islamic Maghreb during the medieval period. These important literary sources also hold great value in examining the economic conditions and social circumstances of Islamic societies during this era.
