فعالية الحملات الإعلامية في مجال التوعية الرورية بالجزائر- دراسة ميدانية بالمركز الوطني للوقاية والأمن عبر الطرق

Résumé: تعد الحملات الإعلامية أحد أهم دعائم التوعية المرورية في سبيل الحد من تفاقم مشكلة حوادث المرور والحد والتقليل من خطورتها. وعليه سعت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن فعالية الحملات الإعلامية الخاصة بالتوعية المرورية التي يقدمها المركز الوطني للوقاية والأمن عبر الطرق، وعن الدور الذي تلعبه في نشر الوعي المروري وتكريس التوعية المرورية لدى الأفراد، وتظهر الدراسة التي أجريت على عينة من مستخدمي الطريق بولاية سطيف أن هذه الحملات لا تتسم ولا تحقق الفعالية المطلوبة، وهو ما ترجم في الاقتناع بها وبمضامينها ظاهريا فقط من قبل الأفراد المستهدفين وليس باطنيا، لأنها لم تؤثر بدرجة كبيرة على سلوكات واتجاهات الجمهور المستهدف، وهو ما يكشف عن وجود عيوب وهفوات في بناء وتصميم هذه الحملات. ........................................................................................................................................................................ Media campaigns are one of the most important pillars of traffic awareness in order to reduce the phenomenon of traffic accidents and reduce their risks. Accordingly, this study sought to reveal the effectiveness of media campaigns on traffic awareness provided by the National Center for Road Prevention and Security, and the role it plays in spreading and establishing traffic awareness among individuals. The study conducted on a sample of road users in the State of Setif shows that these campaigns do not have the required effectiveness, which has been reflected into a conviction about it and its contents ostensibly by the targeted individuals and not internally, because they have not significantly affected the behaviors and the attitudes of the target audience, so it reveals flaws and lapses in constructing and designing these campaigns.
