Résumé: الدراسة عبارة أطروحة الدكتوراه، وهي تتناول موضوع " الفكر الإصلاحي العثماني خلال القرنين 11 -12 هـ/ 17 و 18م - إشكالية السياسي والديني- " ويعد من الموضوعات الشائكة والحساسة في تاريخ الدولة العثمانية إذ لم يلق نصيبه الكافي من اهتمامات الباحثين والدارسين لا سيما فيما يخص دور المؤسسات والهيئات الإدارية والعلمية والثقافية وحتى دور رجال الإصلاح من النخبة المثقفة الذين أسسوا لمنهج الفكر الإصلاحي العثماني على اعتبار أن تاريخ الفكر في العهد العثماني هو جزء لا يتجزأ من تاريخ الفكر الإسلامي، وأدرك السلاطين العثمانيون خلال القرنين 17 و 18م عمق الأزمة التي تعاني منها الدولة العثمانية خاصة في المجال العسكري مما دفعهم إلى تبني حتمية الإصلاحات لإنقاذ مؤسسات الدولة من الانهيار ووضع حد للتجاوزات التي يقوم بها بعض المسؤولين الكبار في الدولة ليسمح لها بأخذ نفس جديد في مسارها التاريخي ويمكنها من تجاوز العقبات التي اعترضت طريقها.
