محاولة لتقييم الأداء الاقتصادي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر: دراسة حالة مؤسسة الأشغال العمومية بقسنطينة

Résumé: الملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى اقتراح نموذج لتقييم أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر، فضلا عن المشاكل التي تتعرض لها هذه المؤسسات عند عملية التقييم، وفي سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم استعراض مفاهيم عامة حول تقييم الأداء في ظل المتغيرات البيئية الحديثة وأهم المعايير التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها في عملية التقييم، وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمهـا تحسن أداء المؤسسة العمومية للأشغال العمومية لولاية قسنطينة من سنة إلى أخرى، لنصل في الأخير إلى نتيجة مفادها أنه لا يمكن الاستغناء عن عملية تقييم الأداء كونها تعتبر كمرآة عاكسة لنشاط المؤسسة الفعلي، وعلى كل مؤسسة أن تقييم أدائها من أجل معرفة نقاط قوتها ونقاط ضعفها خصوصا في الوقت الراهن الذي يمتاز بشدة المنافسة.
