الأنشطة الرياضية الممارسة في رياض الأطفال ودورها في نمو الطفل

Résumé: تمثل رياض الأطفال أو مرحلة التعليم ما قبل المدرسي واحدة من أكثر المراحل التي تؤكد الدراسات النفسية والتربوية أن لها تأثيرا كبيرا في نمو الطفل من مختلف جوانبه الجسمية والنفسية والاجتماعية، وأنها تشكل القاعدة الأساسية التي تهيئ الطفل لمرحلة التعليم المدرسي وجعله أكثر استعدادا لها. ولقد احتلت رياض الأطفال هذه المكانة المهمة والمؤثرة في نمو الطفل بفضل منهجها المبني على مراعاة الحاجات الأساسية للطفل في هذه المرحلة العمرية والمتمثلة أساسا في الحاجة إلى اللعب والانطلاق في الطبيعة، أين تعمد رياض الأطفال إلى تلبية هذه الحاجات من خلال أنشطة رياضية وألعاب تربوية تراعي الخصائص الجسمية لطفل هذه المرحلة، تساهم من خلالها في استكمال نموه الجسمي والنفسي والاجتماعي وجعله مستعدا لتقبل المرحلة القادمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: رياض الأطفال، النشاط التربوي الرياضي، الطفولة، النمو النفسي والجسمي والاجتماعي للطفل Abstract: Kindergartens or pre-school education is one of the most important stages in which psychological and educational studies confirm that they have a significant impact on the development of the child from all aspects of the physical, psychological and social aspects, and constitute the basic basis that prepares the child for the stage of schooling and make him more prepared. The kindergartens have taken this important role in the development of the child thanks to its approach based on taking into account the basic needs of the child at this age, namely the need to play and start in nature, where kindergartens meet these needs through sports activities and educational games taking into account the physical characteristics For the child at this age of his life, through which contribute to the completion of his physical, psychological and social development and make him ready to accept the next stage.
