تاريخية النص الديني الشرعي في الكتابات الحداثية العربية المعاصرة

Résumé: الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث أساسا إلى إبراز منهجية القراءات التاريخية – الحداثية- للحديث النبوي الشريف، والوقوف على مصادر هذه القراءات من خلال السياقات التاريخية والحضارية التي تشكلت فيها، ويتحدد محور البحث في فكرة مركزية هي: هل يمكن تطبيق مثل هذه القراءات- الحداثية – التاريخية على نصوص الوحي الإلهي الحديث النبوي، أي هل بالإمكان إجراء هذه المناهج الحداثية والأدوات المنهجية وبهذه الصورة التي هي عليها في الغرب على النصوص المقدسة – القرآن الكريم والحديث النبوي- خاصة وأنها تأتي من خارج نقاط التداول الإسلامي المعهود، ومن اجل ذلك يتوجب علينا كشف العلاقة التي تحكم هذه القراءة الحداثية بسياقاتها المعرفية التي نشأت فيها، وكذا المرجعيات الفلسفية والمنطلقات الفكرية التي تصدر منها حتى يتم فهم آلية التاريخية ومدى صحة هذه الدعوى في تطبيق المناهج الحداثية على النصوص الشرعية. Abstract : This research aims mainly at highlighting the methodology of the historical-modern readings of the Prophet's Hadith and the sources of these readings through the historical and cultural contexts in which they were formed. The focus of the research is determined by a central idea: Can such readings-The modern divine revelation of the Prophet, that is, can these modernist methods and methodological tools be carried out and in this way they are in the West on the holy texts - the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Hadith - especially since they come from outside the usual Islamic trading points.This modernist reading is governed by the cognitive contexts in which it originated, as well as the philosophical references and the intellectual principles that emanate from them, so that the mechanism of history and the validity of this claim can be understood in the application of modernist methods to the legal texts.
