العلاج الجدلي السلوكي: مدخل علاجي واعد

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى القاء الضوء على العلاج الجدلي السلوكي، وهو أحد المداخل العلاجية الحديثة التي أظهرت الدراسات السابقة فعاليتها في علاج كثير من الاضطرابات النفسية، وتتناول هذه الورقة العلمية تعريف العلاج الجدلي السلوكي، وأهميته في علاج بعض مشكلات الاتزان الانفعالي مثل الانتحار واضطراب الشخصية الحدية، بالإضافة توضيح أهداف العلاج في بناء حياة تستحق العيش والحفاظ على جودة الحياه ، كما تم التطرق إلى النشأة للعلاج الجدلي السلوكي وأسسه النظرية ، والتعرف على ومهاراته التي تمثلت في واليقظة الذهنية ، والعلاقات الفعالة ، تجاوز المحنة، وتنظيم الانفعال ، كما تم توضيح واستراتيجياته ومراحله، وتم مناقشة جميع الجوانب السابقة من خلال الأدب النظري، والدراسات السابقة التي وضحت فعاليته في خفض العديد من الاضطرابات النفسية. The current study aimed to shedding light on dialectical behavioral therapy, which is one of the modern therapeutic approaches that previous studies have shown its effectiveness in treating many mental disorders, and this scientific paper deals with the definition of dialectical behavioral therapy and its importance in treating some emotional balance problems such as suicide and borderline personality disorder, In addition to clarifying the goals of the treatment in building a life worth living and preserving the quality of life, the emergence of dialectical behavioral therapy and its theoretical foundations were also discussed, and the identification and skills of which were mindfulness, effective relationships, overcoming adversity, and regulating emotion. Discussing all previous aspects through theoretical literature, and previous studies that illustrated its effectiveness in reducing many mental disorders.
