Résumé: The cohabitation remained one of the characteristics of Andalusian society during the sects era, where different varieties and ethnic groups have coexested together by virtue of the tolerance which was garanted by sects States the Christian and Jewish communities and others . Until this time moral and religious freedoms have remained insured for them, so they could practice their religious rites and express their ideas and beliefs without restriction or control. Thereby, Muslims gave them the opportunity to make intellectual dialogues of a very high level in the methodology, the semantic and the topics proposed inorder to prove their ideas and beliefs. This situation has allowed the emergence of personalities who contributed in various sciences which gave to the scientific movement a major boost in Andalusia. On the political front somme of Dhimmis had occupied sensitive positions in the pyramid of power in some Andalusian Emirates during the 5th century Hijri /11th AD
