الحماية القانونية للمال العام على ضوء قانون رقم 06-01 *جريمة رشوة الموظف العمومي* كنموذج

Résumé: الملخص: لقد اصبح الفساد في الجزائر حالة عامة، ورادعا رئيسيا للتنمية والمساواة في شتى المجالات، وساهم في عدم استقرار الاوضاع ، فقد كثرت قضايا الفساد المعروضة امام القضاء، خاصة جرائم الرشوة المنتهك من طرف الموظف العمومي، وهذا برغم من صدور قانون 06-01 ، الا ان جرائم فساد والمتمثلة في الاعتداء على المال العام ازدادت حدتها. وعليه اصبحت مكافحة الفساد والتصدي له مسؤولية كل عناصر ومكونات المجتمع والدولة وجميع مؤسساتها، وكذا القطاع الخاص و المجتمع المدني. Abstract: Corruption in Algeria has become a general condition, and a major deterrent to development and equality in various fields, and has contributed to the instability of the situation. Corruption cases have been brought before the courts, especially corruption crimes that are violated by the public servant, and this is despite the issuance of Law 06-01, but Corruption crimes represented in the assault on public funds have increased in severity. Therefore, fighting corruption and confronting it has become the responsibility of all elements and components of society and the state and all its institutions, as well as the private sector and civil society.
