دور الذكاء الاستراتیجي في تحقیق المیزة التنافسیة دراسة میدانیة: مصرف السلام فرع بسكرة
Résumé: This study aimed to know the extent of the contribution of strategic intelligence in achieving the competitive advantage in Al-Salam Bank - Biskra Branch - by relying on the components of strategic intelligence represented in (economic intelligence, strategic vigilance, knowledge management) as an independent variable and the competitive advantage in it’s dimensions (cost, quality, flexibility, creativity).as a dependent variable. The studyrelied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect. And the inferential aapproach in the appliedside of it, and the questionnaire method was used to find out the opinions of the study sample, which was distributed to a sample of (45) workers from within the Salam Bank in Biskra, and the results were analyzed based on the program of the statistical package for social sciences SPSS, as well as reliance on several statistical methods for data analysis, including: arithmetic means, frequencies, standard deviation, Pearsen correlation coefficient, stability coefficient, and test validity. After unloading and analyzing the data of the axes of the questionnaire, the results of the study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship to strategic intelligence in achieving the competitive advantage at Al Salam Bank in Biskra.
