Résumé: ملخص: ينشأ أطفال اليوم في عصر رقمي سريع التغير ومختلف تمامًا عن جيل آبائهم، ويعد استخدام الإنترنت أحد الأنشطة الأكثر شيوعًا التي يقوم بها أطفال اليوم والتي تثير قلق واسع النطاق، وخاصة بين الآباء،حيث يهدف هذا الموضوع إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع استخدام الأطفال للفضاء الإلكتروني السيبراني ومخاطر الدخول إليه، ومن الواضح أنه على الرغم من الدراسات العديدة التي أثبتت أن الأطفال اليوم أثبتوا الآثار السلبية لاستخدام الفضاء الإلكتروني ومخاطره هم الأطفال الرقميون لأن الأطفال في معظم دول العالم لديهم وسائل تسمح لهم باستخدام الإنترنت، وهو ما يدفعنا إلى القول إنه من الضروري للآباء الإشراف على استخدام الأطفال الرقميين هذه التكنولوجيا ويتم توجيه هذا الاستخدام بما يتناسب مع القيم الاجتماعية والمهارات الحياتية التي يرغب الآباء في غرسها في أبنائهم وأيضا ضرورة التعاون الدولي لمكافحة هذه الجرائم من خلال مجموعة من التشريعات الوطنية والاتفاقيات الدولية والإقليمية لحماية الطفل. *** Abstract: Today's children are growing up in a rapidly changing digital age that is completely different from their parents' generation. Using the Internet is one of the most common activities carried out by today's children, which raises widespread concern, especially among parents. This topic aims to shed light on the reality of children's use of cyberspace. And the risks of accessing it. It is clear that despite the many studies that have proven that children today have demonstrated the negative effects of using cyberspace and its dangers, they are digital children because children in most countries of the world have means that allow them to use the Internet, which prompts us to say that it is necessary for parents to supervise Digital children use this technology, and this use is directed in a way that is consistent with the social values and life skills that parents want to instill in their children, as well as the need for international cooperation to combat these crimes through a set of national legislation and international and regional child protection agreements.
