مساهمة محكمة العدل الدولية في تطوير القانون الدولي للبية

Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر محكمة العدل الدولية الجهاز القضائي الأساسي لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة، ومنذ نشأتها، قامت بالفصل في عدة قضايا وأصدرت العديد من الفتاوى تطرقت فيها إلى مختلف فروع القانون الدولي، كما تطرقت مؤخرا إلى فرع جديد من فروع القانون الدولي ألا وهو القانون الدولي للبيئة، فبمناسبة الفصل في القضايا التي عرضت فيها الأطراف على المحكمة بعض جوانب القانون الدولي للبيئة، ساهمت المحكمة بموقفها في إبراز العديد من الجوانب القانونية للقانون الدولي للبيئة من خلال التطرق إلى القيمة القانونية لبعض المبادئ والالتزامات وبذلك ساهمت في تطوير هذا الفرع الحديث للقانون الدولي. Abstract: The International Court of Justice is the principal judicial organ of the United Nations.Since its inception, it has adjudicated several cases before it and has issued numerous advisory opinions on various aspects of international law and international environmental law .On the occasion of the adjudication of cases in which the Court was presented with some aspects of international environmental law by the parties, the Court contributed to highlighting several legal aspects of international environmental law by addressing the legal value of certain environmental principles and obligations.Thus contributing to the development of this modern section of international law.
