الالتزام الوظيفي وعلاقته بالضغوطات النفسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية دراسة ميدانية ببعض متوسطات ولاية الجلفة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مكانة أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في المجتمع الجزائري وأوضاعه الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، والظروف التي يؤدي فيها عمله، ومعرفة مدى استعداداته وقدراته ومدى تكيفه مع مهنة التدريس وتقبله لها ومدى الالتزام بها، والكشف عن العلاقة بين الالتزام الوظيفي والضغوطات النفسية، وقد تم صياغة الإشكالية كالتالي: هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الالتزام الوظيفي والضغوطات النفسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية. واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي للوصول إلى فروض البحث والتي تضمنت وجود درجة التزام وظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، وتمثلت عينة البحث في (25 أستاذ تربية بدنية ورياضية) واعتمدنا على أداتين للقياس (الالتزام الوظيفي والضغوطات النفسية) واستعملنا معامل ارتباط بيرسون و t ستودنت لعينة واحدة في التحليل الإحصائي. The study aimed to reveal the position of the professor of physical and sports education in Algerian society and its social and economic conditions, the conditions in which he performs his work, and to know the extent of his preparations and abilities, the extent of his adaptation to the teaching profession and his acceptance of it and the extent of commitment to it, and to reveal the relationship between job commitment and psychological pressures. The problem is as follows: Is there a correlation between job commitment and psychological stress among teachers of physical education and sports. We used the descriptive correlative approach to reach the research hypotheses, which included the presence of a degree of functional commitment among teachers of physical education and sports, and the sample of the research was (25 professors of physical and sports education) and we relied on two measurement tools (functional commitment and psychological stress) and we used the Pearson correlation coefficient and Student's t for one sample in statistical analysis.
