An Analytical Study Of The Importance Of Strategic Management Of Social Responsibility In Enhancing Sustainable Competitive Advantage دراسة تحليلية لأهمية الإدارة الاستراتيجية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية المستدامة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الاستراتيجي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة، ولقد استهلت الدراسة بالتطرق للميزة التنافسية المستدامة وأسس بنائها ثم تناولت الدراسة المفهوم الحديث للمسؤولية الاجتماعية ودورها في خدمة الأطراف أصحاب المصلحة، كما تم تقديم تحليل يبين كيف يساهم التبني السليم لمبادئ وأسس المسؤولية الاجتماعية من تفعيل الأركان الأساسية للميزة التنافسية المستدامة وتحسين أداء الشركات، ولقد توصلت الدراسة أن الممارسات الناجحة للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات الرائدة وفق منظور استراتيجي ورؤية سليمة تؤدي إلى جذب اليد العاملة المؤهلة وزيادة نسب الابتكار بها وتحسين سمعتها مما يؤهلها لأن تكون شركات ذات أداء متميز ومستدام. This study aims to identify the strategic role of corporate social responsibility in achieving sustainable competitive advantage. The study began by addressing sustainable competitive advantage and the foundations of its construction. Then, the study addressed the modern concept of social responsibility and its role in serving stakeholders. An analysis was also presented showing how the sound adoption of the principles and foundations of social responsibility contributes to activating the basic pillars of sustainable competitive advantage and improving corporate performance. The study concluded that successful practices of social responsibility of leading companies according to a strategic perspective and sound vision lead to attracting qualified labor, increasing innovation rates, and improving their reputation, which qualifies them to be companies with distinguished and sustainable performance.
