السياحة الصحراوية والآفاق المستقبلية طبقا للبرنامج الاستراتيجي في آفاق سنة 2030 _ منطقة الساورة (نموذجاً) _ Saharan Tourism And Prospects In Accordance With The Strategic Programme For 2030 Sawra Area (model)
Résumé: ان الأهمية التي أصبحت تتجه نحو النمو المتسارع للسياحة حول الفكر التنموي المستدام والتخطيط البيئي الى ضرورة الحرص الكبير وتزايده لدى الفاعلين الدوليين افرادا كانوا او مؤسسات، واتخذوا كقاعدة رئيسية لمختلف مشاريع التنمية السياحية التي تحمي وتعزز مستقبل نمو القطاع، وتخفف الآثار السلبية على البيئة الى حدودها الدنيا، وتولد الدخل للمجتمعات المحلية ، وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في كونها تبرز أهمية برنامج التهيئة السياحية آفاق 2030 "SDAT" في دعم النشاطات السياحية وتطويرها وفق استراتيجيات تتماشى ومفهوم الاستدامة، وقد شملت الدراسة منطقة الساورة كنموذج للسياحة الصحراوية كما تمت دراسة مؤشرات أداء السياحة وآفاقها بالمنطقة خلال الفترة (2016_2020)، والتي أسفرت على أن مساهمة المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية بالمنطقة تبقى جد محدودة وبعيدة كل البعد عن السياسات والأهداف التي سطرها البرنامج قصد التنمية السياحية المستدامة بالمنطقة. The importance of the accelerated growth of tourism around sustainable development thinking and environmental planning is the need for greater and increased attention on the part of individual and institutional international actors and has served as a key basis for various tourism development projects that protect and promote the future growth of the sector, minimize negative impacts on the environment and generate income for local communities. The importance of this study lies in the fact that it highlights the importance of the Tourism Development Programme 2030 (SDAT) in supporting and developing tourism activities in accordance with strategies consistent with the concept of sustainability. The study covered the Sawara region as a model for desert tourism. (2016-2020), which found that the contribution of the region's tourism development guideline remains very limited and far removed from the policies and objectives of the programme for sustainable tourism development in the region.
