روح المقاولاتية عند الطالب الجامعي
Résumé: الملخص تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالمقاولاتیة والروح المقاولاتية والتعليم المقاولاتي التي من شأنها نشر وتطوير روح المقاولاتية لدى الطالب الجامعي لتوجيه سلوكه نحو إنشاء المشاريع الصغيرة عند التخرج. حیث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي یخدم الجانب النظري للدراسة ، وعلى دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، كما تم اختبار عینة من طلبة قسم علوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية وعلوم التسيير والاقتصاد بجامعة المدية ، مكونة من 30 طالب، وتم تحليل الاستبيان إحصائيا بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSSكانت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أنه یمكن تطوير الروح المقاولاتية لدى طلبة قسم علوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية وعلوم التسيير والاقتصاد بجامعة المدية بالاعتماد على دعم التعليم المقاولاتي وتخصص المقاولاتية في الجامع مع مقومات شخصية وأخرى بیئیة محیطة بالطالب، وهذا یستدعي ضرورة دعم الحاضنات والجامعات و المقومات سواء الشخصية المتعلقة بالطالب أو تلك البیئیة المحیطة به Abstract The study aims to identify the most important concepts related to entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education that will develop and spread the entrepreneurial spirit of the university student and to direct his behavior towards establishing small projects upon graduation. Where it was relied on the descriptive analytical approach that serves the theoretical side of the study, and on the case study in the practical side, and a sample of 30 students was selected from the students of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Management Sciences and Economics at the University of Medea, consisting of 30 students, and the questionnaire was statistically analyzed by relying on the SPSS program. The most important continuing results are that it is possible to develop the entrepreneurial spirit among students of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Department of Economic and Commercial Sciences and management through entrepreneurial education and its programs and the personal and other environmental components surrounding the student, and this calls for the need for modification and support in the entrepreneurship specialization and higher education for entrepreneurial education and in various components, whether personal related to the student or the surrounding environment.
