الجامعة والتنمية في الجزائر : نحو إستراتيجية فعالة لجسر الفجوة القائمة

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة، إلى البحث في إشكالية العلاقة بين الجامعة والتنمية في الجزائر، من خلال تشخيص الحركيات السببية التي أدت إلى تراجع دور الجامعة في الفعل الاقتصادي والتنموي، فضلا عن اقتراح البدائل والخيارات الإستراتيجية التي من شأنها جسر الفجوة القائمة بين التكوين الجامعي والمحيط الاقتصادي، ومن ثم تحقيق المواءمة المطلوبة بين مخرجات الجامعة واحتياجات سوق العمل. توصلت الدراسة، إلى أن تجاوز هذه الفجوة يستدعي تعزيز الشراكات بين الجامعات والمؤسسات الاقتصادية، إصلاح البرامج التعليمية، المراهنة على التكوين التطبيقي، والعمل على تجسيد نموذج "الجامعة المؤسسة". الكلمات المفتاحية: الجامعة، التنمية، سوق العمل، الاقتصاد الوطني، الجزائر. Abstract : This study aims to analyze the problematic of the relationship between the university and development in Algeria, by identifying the reasons that led to the decline of the university's role in economic and developmental act, in addition to proposing alternatives and strategic options that are able to bridge the gap between the university formation and the economic and developmental environment in Algeria, Hence, achieving the required alignment between university outputs, economic requirements and labor market needs. This research paper concluded that bridging this gap between university formation and the economic environment in Algeria calls for strengthening partnerships between universities and economic institutions, reform of teaching programs and adoption applied formation, and work to embody the model "university enterprise".
