الشباب ومشكلة العنف في الوسط الحضري

Résumé: الملخص: تتميز المدينة بتعقدها وتنوع المشكلات التي تواجه الشباب تحديدا فيها ومن مظاهر ذلك تصدع القيم والمعايير بشكل ملفت حيث أكدت الدراسات أن ظاهرة الانحراف والعنف هي ظواهر حضرية بامتياز ترتبط بالمدينة وملازمتها لها، والجرائم والانحرافات تتضاعف كلما انتقلنا من الوسط الريفي إلى الوسط الحضري من جهة، وكلما زاد حجم المدينة من جهة أخرى، ويعتبر العنف لدى الشباب في الوسط الحضري من أهم المشكلات التي تحتل الصدارة في المجتمع، كما أصبحت تمثل أزمة حقيقية في الكثير من المدن، فهو يضل بجميع أشكاله الظاهرة الأكثر بروزا في المجتمعات الإنسانية اليوم، وهذا يرجع لعدة عوامل ساهمت في تنامي هذه الظاهرة لدى الشباب منها ما هو اقتصادي ومنها ما هو تربوي تعليمي، ومنها ما هو أخلاقي مرتبط بالتغيرات المتسارعة في منظومة القيم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الشباب، المشكلة، العنف، العنف الحضري، الوسط الحضري Summary: The city is characterized by the diversity of the problems faced by young people in particular; This is shown by the cracking of values and norms in a striking way, Where studies have confirmed that the phenomenon of delinquency and violence are urban phenomena par excellence, associated and inherent in the city. On the one hand, crimes and abuses multiply each time we move from the rural center to the urban center; on the other hand, more than the city has grown. Violence among young people in urban areas is one of the most serious problems in society; It has also become a real crisis in many cities. This is due to several factors that have contributed to the growth of this phenomenon among young people, some of which are economic, some are educational and some are moral related to rapid changes in the value system.
