مستويات التوافـق المهنـي لـــدى أساتذة التكوين والتعليم المهنــــيين في ضوء بعض المتغيرات دراسة ميدانية بالمعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني للتسيير قدور جبابلة قالمـة

Résumé: يعتبر التوافق المهني في الميدان التعليمي من المواضيع المهمة في ميدان البحث العلمي، ومنه جاءت هذه الدراسة والتي تهدف للتعرف على مستوى التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التكوين والتعليم المهني، وذلك في ضوء بعض المتغيرات والمتمثلة في الجنس، الخبرة المهنية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، من خلال تطبيق مقياس الباحثة إيمان محمود (2014) على عينة مقدرة بـ : 40 أستاذ بالمعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني للتسيير قدور جبابلة بولاية قالمة، بعد المعالجة الإحصائية خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى التوافق المهني لدى العينة مرتفع، مع عدم تسجيل فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس، والخبرة المهنية. Professional compatibility within the educational sector is a critical subject of inquiry in academic research. This study aims to assess the levels of professional compatibility among instructors engaged in vocational training and education, with a focus on specific demographic variables, such as gender and professional experience. Employing a descriptive research design, this study employed the Professional Compatibility Scale developed by Iman Mahmoud (2014) and applied it to a sample of 40 instructors from the National Institute of Specialized Vocational Training for Management (INSFP) - Kadour Djebabla in Guelma. Statistical analysis of the data revealed a high level of professional compatibility among the participants, with no statistically significant differences based on gender or professional experience.
