أثر لوحة القيادة في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصاديةدراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر لوحة القيادة في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية من وجهة نظر العاملين بالمؤسسة، من خلال دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بورقلة، وكذلك التعرف على مستوى استخدام لوحة القيادة في المؤسسة وكيفية تحسين أداء مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، وقد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة التي اعتمدت على توزيع (35) استبانة، وقد اجرينا الدراسة في الفترة الممتدة من شهر مارس إلى أفريل من السنة الحالية، وقد أوضحت النتائج أن هناك نسبة المستوى مرتفع لأثر استخدام لوحة القيادة في تحسين أداء هذه المؤسسة، كما توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تعميم استعمال لوحة القيادة على جميع مصالح وأقسام المؤسسة من أجل تحسين الأداء.This study aims to identify the impact of the dashboard in improving the performance of the economic institution from the point of view of the employees of the institution, through a field study in the institution of the Practical Directorate of Communications of Algeria Ouargla, as well as to identify the level of use of the dashboard in the institution and how to improve the performance of the Algerian Telecommunications Corporation. The study to a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to generalize the use of the dashboard to all the interests and departments of the institution in order to improve performance.
