تطور نشاط إعادة التأمين في الجزائر مابين المعيد الوطني والسوق الدولي

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة تطور نشاط إعادة التأمين في الجزائر، ومدى مساهمة المعيد الوطني في تغطية الخسائر التي تفوق الطاقة الاستيعابية لشركات التأمين الجزائرية. وقد حاولت هذه الدراسة الإجابة على الإشكالية الخاصة بمدى مساهمة المعيد الوطني في نشاط إعادة التأمين. و توصلت إلى أن نسبة تنازل شركات التأمين الجزائرية لمعيد التأمين الوطني مقيدة حسب ما ينص عليه القانون الجزائري، إذ نجد أن أكبر نسبة تنازل موجهة لـــــ (CCR)، مما يدل على بقاء معظم الأقساط المتنازل عنها داخل السوق الوطني، في حين يتم تحويل نسبة قليلة نوعا ما إلى السوق الدولي. This study aims to Know of the development of reinsurance activity in Algeria, And the subscribe of the contribution of the National Institute in covering losses that exceed the capacity of the Algerian insurance companies, In trying to answer the problem of the contribution of the CCR in reinsurance activity . This study I concluded that That the percentage of the concession of the Algerian insurance companies to the reinsurer of national insurance is restricted as provided by Algerian law, The largest percentage of CCR waiver is indicated, which indicates that most premiums are left in the national market, while a relatively small percentage is transferred to the international market
